Clara Johnson

Senior

Clara Johnson is so excited for her senior year with Kaufman Theatre Company! She has been a part of KTC since 8th grade and formed countless memories and friendships. Over the years, she has played Fink in Lafayette No. 1, May Belle Aarons in Bridge to Terabithia, Pearl Payne in These Shining Lives, an ensemble member in R&H’s Cinderella, and Ophelia’s handmaiden in Hamlet. Last year, she played the role of Lulu Warnicker and a student in Footloose and, in her favorite role to date, she played Venticello 1 in Amadeus. Each of these shows hold a special place in her heart and have shaped her into the actress and person she is today. Though she is sad to see this chapter coming to a close, she can’t wait for her senior shows and all of the experiences that will come along with them.

William Patterson

Senior

William is a Junior and is excited to perform and act after being in Technical Theatre for two years. He is excited to finally be on stage and get to perform his role as Garvin in Footloose. He also manages Kaufman Basketball. William loves Vineyard Vines shirts and he wears his crocs religiously. He has also was the Coach/Man/Dad in his One Act Play "Girls in the Boat". He is excited to be in "The Little Mermaid"

Lyric Wolfe

Senior

Lyric Wolfe fell in love with theatre in 3rd grade when she played Cinderella at the first kids' camp. Her sophomore year Lyric got the privilege of playing Ella in R & H’s Cinderella and it was the best experience of her life. She loved getting to share the stage with her little siblings, she loved the directors, and she loved getting to perform alongside her best friends. She has an "Honorable Mention All-Star Cast" award for her performance as Ophelia in Hamlet from her sophomore year and an "All-Star Cast" award for her portrayal of Hannah in Lafayette No.1 in her 8th-grade year. She is a record-breaker and was the first lead in Kaufman History to ever get an "Outstanding" from Broadway Dallas for her portrayal of Ella. Her favorite roles include Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz Junior, Ella from R&H's Cinderella, Beth from Little Women the Musical, and Ophelia in Hamlet. She's so excited for this school year and all of the new experiences it will bring.

Adelynn Ellis Boyles

Junior

Meghan is a junior at the kaufman highschool, this will be her first complete year on the varsity company. Returning from taking a brief pause with the company after her first two years on the junior high one act tea. Playing the roles of Queen titania from Robin Goodfellow as well as Anna Landry in Lafayette No 1. More recently she took on the role of Horatio in Hamlet. Outside the theater Meghan competes at the varsity level for tennis as well as debate. Looking forward for her first musical she wishes the best to her peers as they spread the magic of the theatre.

Harper Jordan

Junior

Harper Jordan is very excited to be with the Kaufman Theater Company as part of the Varsity Team this year! With experience from working in many musicals outside of school as both an actor and a stagehand, Harper is ready to use her skills for the upcoming musical. She was the ‘Old Lady’ in Cinderella and 'Marcellus/ the King' in Hamlet, 'Vi Moore' in Footloose, and 'Orsini Rosenburg' in Amadeus. Along with acting, she has also trained under a previous Broadway performer for singing lessons and excelled in choir, making All Region with her '24-25 team, with hope to do the same this year. She plans to make great waves with the Company and continue to improve and learn!

Landyn Rhein

Junior

Blake Wallace

Junior

Blake Wallace has been a part of the KTC for nearly 5 years. He has played roles such as Willard in “Footloose”, Mozart in ”Amadeus”, Jean Michelle in “cinderella”, and has won awards such as “All Star Cast”. Last year he got the chance to preform with other Texas thespians at the Broadway Dallas Musical Theater awards. Blake is known as a national thespian and this year is ready to take on the responsibility of Vice President. He has been studying with Maddie Dillon at The Dance Factory and a private voice coach, Cody Dry. He has been preparing to play Sebastian all summer and can’t wait to rock the house down.

Sophia Drake

Sophomore 

Sophia has been with the Kaufman Theater Company for 2 years now. Her latest performance was Stroke in Girls in the Boat and Cowgirl 2 in Footloose. Some of her previous performances include Racoon from Cinderella, Auntie Pie from The Book of Everything, Drake from Annie Kids!, and Grandma Georgina in Willy Wonka Kids! She is very passionate about dance and is also a part of the Kaufman Lionette Drill team. Sophia would like to thank her parents, friends, and dog, who have been so supportive of her journey so far.

Emma Nieves

Junior

Emma Nieves has been in theatre for 4 years. She performed in Footloose, Amadeus, Hamlet, and Cinderella. Her favorite musical was Cinderella and her favorite one-act was Hamlet. She loves theatre and plans on doing it for the entire duration of her highschool years.

Peyton Smith

Junior

This is Peyton’s third year as part of the Kaufman Theater Company. Her past roles include ensemble in Cinderella, Serafima in Night Witches, Urleen in Footloose, and Girl 6 in Girls in the Boat. She is very excited for her role as Adella in The Little Mermaid. She can’t wait for this upcoming year and the memories that come with it.She would like to thank her family for all the support.

Madison Willoughby

Junior

Madison Willoughby is a Junior here at Kaufman High School. She has been in theater since 8th grade. Her previous roles include the following ; Grempkin/Fghting Prawn in Peter And The Starcatcher, Ensemble in Rodgers and Hammersteins Cinderella, Ethel McCormack in Footloose, and Bow in Girls In The Boat. This year she will be playing the role of Atina, one of Ariel’s sisters. She has always loved being on stage. She wants to thank her family and friends for being the best supporters.Especially her parents, for devoting their time to taking her to and from rehearsals and always encouraging her to follow her dreams.

Ashton Floyd

Sophomore 

This is Ashton Floyd’s fourth year within the Kaufman Theatre Company, and second year in varsity theatre. Ashton has been in a handful of shows, her favorites being Smee in Peter And The Starcatchers, Ms. Hannigan in “Annie Kids!”, ensemble in Cinderella, Mrs. Van Amersfoort in the Book Of Everything, for which she won Honorable Mention All Star Cast in one act competition.. Now she is Scuttle in The Little Mermaid! She is so excited for this role and the future roles the company has to offer. She is also in varsity choir and does dance at The Dance Factory. Ashton is just so passionate about preforming and what she does, and can't wait to keep doing this for as long as possible.

Isabella Reeves

Sophomore

Isabella Reeves is in 10th grade and has been a part of the Kaufman Theatre Company for 4 years. Her previous roles include Alf in Peter and the Starcatcher, Grandpa Joe in Willy Wonka Kids, Louis Howe in Annie Kids, Eliza in The Book of Everything, Cowgirl in Footloose, and ensamble in Amadeus. She also took on the role of Daughter in the JV production, These Shinning Lives in 7th grade. Isabella was a member of the International Jr. Thespians Society in Junior High and is in the International Thespians Society currently. She is excited to start her year and cant wait to see where it will take her.

Kennedi Rutan

Sophomore

Kennedi Rutan has been a part of the Kaufman Theater Company for 3 years now and is also a part of the Varsity cheerleading team. She performed in “The Book of Everything” as Margot and “Girls In The Boat” as Coxswain, winning an All-Star Cast award for both of her roles. In addition, she has performed in “Footloose” as a dancer. She is very excited about her future roles, and she is extremely grateful for all of the love and support she has received during her theater journey.

Lilyana Sherman

Sophomore

Lilyana has been a proud member of KTC for 4 years now and cannot wait for more to come!

Her past roles include Grandma in Willy Wonka Kids, Stage Manager for Peter and the Starcatchers, Ensemble in Cinderella, Lily St. Regis in Annie Kids, Mother in The Book of Everything, Wendy Jo in Footloose, Chef in Amadeus, and her current role, Flounder in The Little Mermaid! Lilyana is also a proud dancer for Kaufman High School Lionettes. She would like to thank her friends, family, and directors for letting her light shine and always supporting her!

Avery Smith

Sophomore

This will be Avery's third year in theater with the Kaufman Theater Company. She has been a part of the one-act “The Book Of Everything”, the musical “Cinderella”, the one-act “Girls In The Boat.,” and the musical “Footloose”. And this year, the musical “The Little Mermaid”. Her am beyond thankful to God for allowing me to do this and for giving her the opportunity to be a part of a great community. She wants to say thank you to my parents for allowing me to do this, and my directors for allowing her to be a part of this amazing masterpiece and as Mathew 19:26 says. “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” She also wants to say she is a dancer and has been for 12 years, and she is a cheerleader for the KHS Lions. She is also a big part of her church and loves helping the community and sharing her love for the world and for her community.

Merrick Reese

Freshman

Merrick has been a part of KTC for three years now. He has been in three KTC plays, playing Peter in Peter and theStarcatcher, Thomas in The Book of Everything, andBryce in The Miraculous Journeys of Edward Tulane. He has also been in three KTC musicals: Charlie from Willy Wonka Kids, Marlin from Finding Nemo Kids, and he is now playing Flotsam from The Little Mermaid. Throughout his whole one-act career, he has gotten 3 individual awards,2 all-star cast and one honourable mention award, and also has gotten 2 play awards,2nd and 3rd.  And he dedicates his whole life to Gigi Perezzzzzz <3

Caid Williams

Freshman

This is Caid’s 4th year as part of Kaufman Theatre Company, and his first year as part of the Varsity company! With previous appearances as Wes Warnicker in Footloose, Father in The Book of Everything, Willy Wonka in Wonka: Kids, and Mr. Warbucks in Annie: Kids! Additionally, he works at Thrillvania Haunted House Park in Terrell, Texas, as a scare actor. Now, he prepares to take on the role of King Triton in The Little Mermaid! He is very excited for the upcoming year and can’t wait to see what is set to unfold. He would like to thank his parents for all of their support, his friends for always having his back, and God for everything he has planned for him.
